Built in 1930, Bacardi Building is popular for its size and elegant Art Deco architecture. Once the largest building in the city, a group of architects originally designed this attraction for the Bacardi company. However, the popular rum manufacturer departed Cuba after the Cuban revolution, and the massive building has since been used for offices. Tourists are encouraged to stroll around the buidling, and Art Deco lovers should explore the interior as well. Ask about taking the elevator to the roof for sweeping views of the city.
