  • I'm honestly not a fan of the museum cause it's a politcal propoganda tool. I'll always advice to research stuff you see in these kind of museums.  more »

  • Own of the best and only places you'll have to visit while in Johannesburg. If you like history or would like to learn more about South Africa's past this is definitely a must go. You can easily spend 3 to 5 hours here reading, listening, watching and walking around - there a lot of content to go through. There's also a place to get food within the museum.
  • It is very interesting in principle and it s huge, so it is not possible to read everything. The point not.in favour is that the museum is not well organized because the information are presented in a very dispersive way and it s not clear in what order to read and follow the things presented at the walls because they don't indicate it. At the moment there is an additional temporary exhibition about Nelson Mandela which is very nice and to see!
